First contact was extremely friendly, what a beautiful nature that the couple have. We video called to see the pup and arrange a deposit, which was a fair price to secure one of these special pups. The pups were in a beautiful home, a clean and tidy environment with lots of love and attention. I received full updates about health checks and inoculations. On the first visit, we were graciously invited in to meet mum and big sister and had a wonderful play session with them and the pups. We left a blanket behind as suggested to familiarise scents. On collection of our pup we were given a food pack to last a few days, organic raw, and an informative pack with checklists to ensure environmental and social skills, microchip details, DNA certification for mutation and disorders, all clear. As well as health checks and the first jabs. An idea leaflet for the first few nights. It was very well thought out and put together with reminder presents from Mum. The pup was very calm and curious on the journey back home. He loves the car. Potty training was a breeze because the pups are trained from birth, with minimal mistakes. He has an intelligence to pick up presented tasks quickly. Settled in amazingly, so calm and cuddly with a balance of athleticism and high energy. The piranha phase was fun while teething. But all toys are still pristine due to not having a chewing habit. Loves toothbrushes. Loves the water and open spaces and is so eager to learn new things. Absolutely no complaints about my pup. He has been the best companion. he is very popular and we'll be loved by all and currently training in healthcare. Full bill of health from the vets, a perfect breed, and so well behaved with ounces of love in those big doe eyes. All round smooth and professional experience. Would love a 2nd eventually. Theadora is so precious and I can’t be without her. We were always updated with photos and felt as though she was in safe hands. As this was my first dog I had so many questions which keiba answered and was very patient with me. Theadora is a cheeky girl with a stubborn personality. I like the fact we were checked too and she has had no health concerns at all so far! Fingars crossed it stays that way. Theadora is so confident with people and other dogs and loves a fuss. She keeps me on my toes and life would be very boring without her now.

"From the minute we brought Cooper home he’s been an absolute delight. A match quite literally made in heaven, with both of us working from home full time he adapted so quickly to our routine. Made smoother by already being really good on the wee mats, we even managed to get him completely potty trained (no accidents) straight away. We’ve been so lucky with no chewing or any destructive behaviour but the complete opposite, calm and a breeze to train. Cooper truly is the dog that makes you want another! In terms of his temperament he’s so loving and attentive but also becoming very cheeky and inquisitive. We can’t leave the house without everyone we meet falling in love with his character and gorgeous coat. With 3 dogs in the wider family of all different ages (Cooper being the youngest) he has fit in and made lovely connections without any encouragement from us. He’s even given them a run for their money on recall etc! We maybe biased but honestly he’s the best thing we’ve ever done, he has enriched our life in every aspect."

"We would definitely recommend buying a puppy from Akeiba and Michael. Before we brought our dog Rupert we were given a lot of information on the breed, temperament and family history we also got to meet Rupert’s mom which we really enjoyed and made us feel very comfortable and confident we had made the right decision. We received regular updates,photographs and videos on our puppy which was great to see. We were very happy with how the puppies were being trained including being around children, new people, toilet training. They were extremely laid back and trained well which we loved. Rupert is extremely confident and was comfortable with us from day one and he settled very quickly. We have had no health issues and no issues in general. Rupert loves playing with other dogs we take him to most places that we go to restaurants, pubs, shopping he just loves being around people which says a lot about his personality he really is a delight to have. "We are totally obsessed with our puppy. She’s got the most amazing temperament. She’s been so easy to train and super affectionate - she loves nothing more than spending time with us or sitting on our laps. I think it’s probably due to the way she was raised in their family environment. From my first interactions with Akeiba, it was really obvious that they really loved their dogs and the puppies were really well looked after, socialised and given the best food.
